I’m Tamsin ~ Mother, Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, & founder of Wildfolk, rooted in Aotearoa. New Zealand.

This is a self-paced space for herbal learning, seasonal wisdom, & plant communion. It is a homecoming, a space of remembering ancient ways of returning to our innately wild self, our cyclical rhythms, & a deep sense of belonging in nature.

This course was inspired by my own journey of returning to these ancestral practices, finding deep purpose through remembering how to create with my hands & the Earth.

In each section of this online portal, you will find a mix of PDF & video resources. Everything is an invitation to deepen your herbal practice ~ explore what feels good & leave what doesn’t.
