Each month you’ll have access to 2 live calls:
1) Opening Ceremony ~ opening sacred space, guided tea ceremony, & embodied exploration of the plant’s features, medicinal qualities and folklore, + shared learning from community experience.The Flow of the Opening Ceremony:

Each month you receive a full basket of teachings on the online portal to support an embodied exploration of plant medicine in alignment with seasonal rhythms. Think plant monographs, journal prompts, seasonal teachings, and any additional offerings shared within the circle.

Every month includes a hands on medicine making demonstration. You will build a real medicinal apothecary, one herbal preparation at a time. The medicine making is where the magic happens ~ information leaves the head and lands in the hands ~ building a skill you will have for life.

The Earth Medicine Circle is rooted in the wise teachings of the wheel of the year.
Every 6 weeks within the circle, you are invited to watch a recorded teaching from Sofia of Earthic Wisdom to deepen your weave into the sacred rhythms of the seasons.
Sofia will explore our orientation on the wheel of the year, the archetypal correspondences with the menstrual cycle, elements, feminine archetypes & more, + provide examples ways we can celebrate the turning of the wheel rooted in ancient feminine tradition.

Hi! I am a degree qualified naturopath and medical herbalist, a devoted student of the plants & passionate about supporting other cultivate a grounded relationship with plants too. I approach herbalism as a practice that honours the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit, and land.
I believe that there is a profound remembrance of our true nature that unfolds slowly through the returning of relationship with the Earth.

The Rose Journey is a self-paced immersion into the medicine of Rose.
This course offers a gentle introduction to the practices we explore inside the membership.

We work primarily with common, accessible, and bioregional plant allies, chosen for their seasonal relevance and traditional use.
It is recommended that you source or harvest the herbs prior to starting the month so you can have it during our live tea ceremonies & experiment with it throughout the journey. However, you don’t need to source every plant to benefit. Listening, learning, and relating are sometimes just as powerful as tasting it & making medicine.

No prior experience is required.
This community welcomes both beginners and those already working with plants. Teachings are offered in a way that is grounded & accessible, allowing everyone to meet the plants where they are.
The intention of the course is it give you a fundamental understanding of herbalism.

This container is intentionally spacious.
The total live call hours are 3 hours per month.
You can expect to spend anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours per week, depending on your capacity. There is no requirement to watch everything or engage constantly, however it is recommended that you make the live calls or at least watch the recordings!

Over the month you’ll recieve a plant monograph to study, rituals, recipes, recorded plant identification videos, medicine-making practices, journal articles & podcasts to deepen your practice of herbalism & connection to the plant medicine. The circles recording will be on the portal for you to access any time.

The live calls will take place on the first and last Wednesday of the month at 7pm NZST.

All live gatherings are recorded and shared inside the community.
You’re welcome to engage live when you can (highly recommended), or to receive the medicine in your own time. Presence looks different for everyone.

This space was designed with real life in mind. The content intended to not overwhelm, and there is no pressure to “keep up.” You’re invited to take what nourishes and leave the rest. See this as a bank of herbalism resources & medicine making content that you can come back to any time you feel inspired to learn.
As a mother myself, I try to make the live calls at a suitable time for parents. I highly recommend getting the support you need to make it live, but you are always welcome to watch recordings in your own time.

At the end of the season, the circle closes naturally after our 3rd & final live ceremony.
You’ll retain access to the content from your journey, and you’ll be invited (but never obligated) to continue into the next seasonal block if it feels aligned.
